Fall Is In The Air!

It’s getting cooler by the day, so Mommy made us some lovely warm housecoats.
Mine is pale yellow. It has a garter stitch bodice with the sleeves knit in.

I chose brown buttons to contrast with the yellow.

I like the garter stitch block pattern in the skirt.

Mine is soft blue with a different skirt pattern.
I chose purple buttons because I liked them with the blue.
My housecoat is so warm and comfy, I don’t want to change out of it today.

You can make a housecoat of your own if you know how to knit. Mommy is putting the pattern here for you to use.

    • So true…although we hope the winter weather will stay away for awhile yet! So nice to hear you like the pattern…we are going to make three more robes for the other girls eventually. We are sure, too, that before long, Michael will want a housecoat of his own, styled more for the boy he is.
