Due to Covid-19, the bookstores and libraries are closed, the streets are virtually deserted, and we are being instructed to stay home except for necessary trips for medical and food needs. All that adds up to a lot of stir crazy boredom and claustrophobia!

The bookcase in this apartment building’s laundry room, where tenants usually share books, has caution tape on it now.
The Main Street normally teems with cars, trucks, buses and pedestrians. It looks lonely out there.
I guess the sharing of books is a no-no, but to put the caution tape? A bit overboard. A simple note would have been enough.
I suppose people weren’t getting the message when they emptied the bookshelf. Maybe, they were worried some people aren’t able to read English?
Love it!!!!
Thank you!
